 ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS

Many feel politically homeless due to inaction, not a lack of promises.

We stand apart through action, uniting anyone ready to work for real results.

Top 5
PROJECTS

In order to make long-lasting change we need two things - a new system and new incentives.

Right now, we need incentives to collaborate on key community issues. Start with a small number of issues (Top 5), ask people what matters most, and act on it.

This is the fastest path to action in any political party ever.

Just go to your WTP city or county committee, go to a meeting - everyone votes and then volunteer on any of the Top 5 issues you like. No need for red tape, approval or meetings for meetings.

If there isn't a committee gather friends and make one.

The guiding principle is the golden rule, and a ethic of public service. Be the leaders you wish to see.

This accomplishes TWO things:

1. Growth: it helps us grow by authentically helping people and our community

2. Data: It naturally collects high-resolution data on every neighborhood, city, county and state in this country.

Action by the people, for the people. Even the top pollsters and their machinery have nowhere near that scope of data or even a fraction of it, turns out doing the right thing can be the right thing strategically.

This makes it much cheaper and easier to run as a independent - making a strong positive incentive.

A Federalized Party

We must unleash the creativity, ingenuity and passion of the American people to solve our problems.

Rather than waiting for leaders, lets become leaders in our communities. CLICK HERE to volunteer right now!

Parties are very stagnant and largely unchanged for generations. There are many reasons why, a few being its profitable to keep things broken whether its roads, hospitals or our food system, the other is centralized power.

The key is de-centralization aka a federalized party. Where people can lead their own projects, vote locally and act locally, without DC or outside interests telling them what to do.

What's Federalized Mean?

In a federalized party you govern as locally as possible, neighborhood issues are solved at the neighborhood level and only escalated to city or county when needed.

State is solved at state, county at county, city at city.

Giving members the maximum amount of influence and power.

Fighting Party Nepotism

Most parties are slow because they’re centralized, with a small group approving everything, causing bottlenecks and delays.

This leads to nepotism, as only those with connections get approval. Many decisions can be made by local members who are directly impacted.

The backlog results from elitism and a refusal to delegate by maintaining their control over hundreds of small projects and issues.

Decentralizing reduces corruption, boosts efficiency, and allows ideas to move faster.

Merit Based Ladder

By decentralizing and focusing on data collection and A/B testing, we allow local leaders to drive their own ideas, creating a robust ecosystem where states act as laboratories for democracy.

This promotes collaboration across states, reduces division, and fosters unity through merit-based incentives.

Leaders who deliver results earn leadership roles, with a system where new blood and ideas stimulate growth and promote excellence.

Unlike traditional parties, where the most talented are sidelined by office politics, our system rewards results—get things done, earn stars, and rise based on the impact you make, not through donors or party elites.

Incentivize merit, not nepotism.

Anti-Corruption

Money is the main reason issues remain unresolved year after year.

Leaders from all parties are influenced by money, which sways their actions and sabotages progress.

All members, leaders, and candidates must take an anti-corruption pledge. Violating this pledge results in suspension of voting privileges and removal from candidacy.

By committing to anti-corruption, we ensure our leaders can act without financial influence, making us the party that can achieve real results over time.

AB Testing - Getting Results

Most parties follow rigid rules that stifle results and make projects hard to complete. This top-down approach maintains status but limits effectiveness.

To improve, we must embrace flexibility and use methods like the scientific method to solve problems faster.

When there’s consensus, no need for A/B testing. But for split issues, test both paths—Groups A and B try different approaches and report progress. After a set period, voters choose the better solution.

This encourages diverse leadership styles and focuses on what gets results, avoiding management conflicts that are the mainstay of political parties today, where most political energy is spent infighting.

Action First

Want to get things done? Just do it. Reach out, collaborate, build teams, and avoid relying on top down leadership.

Unlike most parties that control everything, we prioritize action over bureaucracy.

Start local—organize in your neighborhood or city. Get WTP members’ input, and if the majority approves, go ahead. Convincing citizens, and local leaders, not just party leaders, is key.

Each state will be broken into 5 county/regions. Those county leaders can remove members, but actions are done by majority vote within your county.

This means local meetings, rather than months or years of waiting state or national to get greenlit.

Better Incentives - Better Outcomes
